We are here to
provide service to you. If you or a loved one have been injured, or
worse, died because of medical malpractice, you want an experienced
lawyer working for you. Our lawyers have more than 100 years of collective
experience in medical negligence cases. Our lawyers are members of
Faison & Gillespie and available to help you through an "Of Counsel"
relationship with us. Our lawyers study not only the law, but also
medicine, nursing, pharmacy, and hospital issues. In most cases, we
prepare or hire medical illustrators to prepare medical illustrations
to demonstrate your injury and to explain to a jury the medical issues
in your case.
We only accept
medical malpractice cases for people who have been injured by doctors,
hospitals and other health care providers. We use a team approach
to your case. There will be both a lawyer and a paralegal specifically
assigned to your case. In addition, all of our lawyers and all of
our paralegals will have some familiarity with your case and will
regularly meet to discuss the status and strategy of your case and
will be available to work on your case as needed to give you the greatest
advantage we believe that we can provide. Some of our lawyers and
paralegals were health care providers before joining us. They, like
all of our lawyers and paralegals, are dedicated to helping people
who have been negligently injured by health care providers. Among
our lawyers is a pharmacist. We also have a medical doctor and claims
specialist on staff.
We invite you to meet our medical malpractice lawyers.
